Titan Up for Sport and Life offers 1:1 In Person Personal Training at a local gym in Winston Salem, NC—The Rec Yard Power Gym. I offer a variety of training packages to meet the needs of each of my clients. The packages all include a personalized training plan tailored specifically toward the client’s goals and abilities, daily accountability Monday-Friday, enrollment in my email newsletter and coaching in both nutrition and mindset to ensure success. This is a great choice for individuals who may need a little more hands-on attention or want access to equipment that can only be found in a gym setting. 1:1 Virtual Training

Titan Up for Sport and Life offers Personal Training virtually via Zoom because helping individuals reach their goals, no matter their location, is important to me. Each virtual client will meet with me a few times a week virtually for workouts, nutrition and mindset coaching. The client will receive a personalized workout and nutrition plan to aid in the achievement of their goals, be enrolled in my email newsletter and have daily accountability access Monday-Friday. Titan Up Your Movement is a virtual fitness class that is hosted every Tuesday & Thursday evening from 5:45-6:25. All you need is a set of dumbbells, a little bit of space, perhaps a chair and 30-minutes; I’ll do the rest!
