Hey there 👋 I’m Rebecca! I’m the founder of Titan Up for Sport and Life (formerly Titan UP NC). After my competitive cheerleading career came to an end with a debilitating injury, I found myself in the weight room for the first time in my life trying to recover, get stronger and gain some muscle. Growing up in the 90s, the weight room was for the fellas, and though I was naturally strong in managing my body weight, my frame truly lacked muscle. When I found my way around the gym in college, I learned quickly that increased strength and muscle mass would have potentially changed the trajectory of my athletic career. Though I couldn't change the past, I set myself on a path to a new future.

My experience as an athlete led me to coaching high school athletics for 15 years, and that gave me the fuel to enter into a full-time job as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, program developer and fitness instructor.

I help driven individuals (just like you) achieve their goals — be it building strength, increasing muscle, recovering from injuries, reducing body fat, improving athletic performance or learning to establish sustainable healthy habits that will allow you to live the life you want to live, I’ve got your back!
